Head of NRWO (FRWO) announced that combat desertification is one of the necessities of the country and important NRWO's (FRWO's) priority.

According to NRWO's (FRWO's) website, Dr. Massoud Mansour, Deputy Minister and Head of NRWO (FRWO) at the third meeting of the National Dust Management Policy and Coordination Headquarters held at DoE Headquarters on Sunday, attended by Dr. Ali Selajgeh, Vice President and Head of the Department of Environment and member agencies, said: "If combat desertification measures is expanded in one parte while desertification expanded in the other part, we will definitely move away from the goals that are being pursued, and this is a point that is emphasized by the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) as an international authority, and should be emphasized by the country's officials and this headquarters as well.
